Welcome to the JOYRICH website. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
PRIVACY POLICY
joyrichstore.com respects our customers' account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software via Authorize.net.
ORDERS
In order to fulfill your purchase smoothly we require all information on the order form to be filled completely and accurately.
All information provided for orders will be used for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We do not store your credit card information. All prices include charges for shipping and handling or taxes, if delivered to customers within the United States. For customers outside the United States, additional charges may apply. Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges
DELIVERY
Regarding Delivery, we usually use UPS for shipping. Purchased items will be shipped using UPS within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify joyrichstore.com. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. JOYRICH is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with shipping carrier.

(International Shipping Policies):
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Drop-ship items and expedited shipping is not available for International orders.
Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. UPS and JOYRICH are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. JOYRICH cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We do try to minimize these charges by listing the 'wholesale' cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a "gift" in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees - this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
(Canadian Customers):
Please allow 5-10 days to reach its destination.
Canadian customs sets taxes, duties and brokerage fees on commercial goods shipped to The Great White North. These fees will be determined at the border. JOYRICH cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. Goods & Services Tax and Provincial Sales Tax vary based on the province to which your gear is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
RUTURN POLICY
All sales are final.
Joyrich will only accept exchanges if merchandise is defective or does not fit description of purchased items. Exchanges on merchandise must be made to Joyrich within 7 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. We reserve the right to cancel your return or exchange if this box is damaged or missing or if any merchandised is deemed worn, washed or altered in anyway. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package.

How do I make a return / exchange?
Please contact returns@joyrichstore.com with reason for return or exchange. After approval
simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
